"Felt like nobody cared enough to follow up"
The whole experience was frustrating. Anytime I had a question, it felt like the staff either didn’t know the answer or just didn’t want to deal with it, and I kept getting passed from one person to another. Even getting basic help took way longer than it should have. What bothered me most was that no one ever followed up after saying they would, so I was just left waiting and having to ask again. Definitely not the kind of stay I was expecting.

"Good food, easy stay, but I was a little wary after paying"
I had a nice stay at Harrah’s overall. The food was better than I expected, and it was convenient not having to leave the resort much. The room was clean, the pool area was fun, and most of the staff were friendly. I will say, after I paid, I felt a little distrustful about whether everything would actually match what was promised, but the stay ended up going smoothly. I’d consider going back for a quick weekend trip.

"Honestly, Harrah’s Kinda Saved My Whole Night"
I had such a fun night at Harrah’s, maybe too much fun because I was acting like I’d won the lottery every time I hit anything on a slot machine. The casino was definitely busy, but in a good, high-energy kind of way, and the shows were way better than I expected. Like, I was not prepared to be that entertained. The only tiny tragedy was that drinks took a little long here and there, and yes, I did dramatically act like I’d been forgotten by society. But overall, it was a really solid night out and I’d totally go back.

I stayed for one night, and the room was alright overall, though I wouldn’t say it was amazing. The bathroom seemed to have a bit of dust, and the carpet looked kind of worn in places. The bed seemed clean enough, which was good. Still, for the price, I guess I was expecting the room to be in slightly better shape.

"Reservation was a mess, unless I’m missing something"
I booked through harrahsresort.com, so I figured everything would be straightforward, but when I got there my reservation still didn’t match what I paid for. Maybe I was misunderstanding something, but the front desk said they couldn’t see the same room type on their end and then kept sending me to a different line.
Check-in ended up taking almost an hour, and I had to explain the whole thing three different times. I kept wondering if I did something wrong somehow, but nobody really seemed interested in helping sort it out. I don’t think I’d book direct there again
